Habili Mayam, Sudan
The dive site
Habili Mayam at a glance
Habili Mayam is a long reef that rises from the depths. At the southwestern tip, there is a plateau at a depth of approximately 28 meters. Not only are the schools of hammerhead sharks—which are frequently seen here—impressive, but so are the gray reef sharks, silky sharks, manta rays, and dolphins.
A drift dive along the reef, with its spectacular drop-off and schools of fish, makes for an unforgettable diving experience.
