Medhufushi Outside - Meemu Atoll

Outer reef of Medhufushi Island.
An elongated, “endless” faru with a reef top strewn with coral boulders. In the shallow area from 5 to 12 meters, there are many sea turtles and large schools of long-nosed surgeonfish. At the steeply dropping outer reef edge, from 12 to 33 meters, there are many whitetip reef sharks, barracudas, and large schools of hunting tuna. An easy drift dive suitable for all skill levels.
