The safari route

What awaits you on this route

Liveaboard dive trip to see hammerhead sharks, coral, and steep walls. Red Sea, Egypt.

Rocky and Zabargad are located close to each other in the southeast of Ras Banas. The beautiful hard coral gardens in Zabargad, the steep walls of Rocky Island—all together, a wonderful mix of drop-offs and coral gardens. Manta rays, hammerhead sharks, and gray reef sharks also frequently visit the island.

Under Egyptian law, night dives are not permitted on the Marine Park reefs. Additionally, a minimum of 50 logged dives is required.

Here you’ll find dive sites located along this route. Which sites are actually visited depends, among other things, on the port from which your safari departs and on the current local weather conditions.
