Blue Pearl in profile

The "Blue Pearl" is a very well-maintained ship with excellent service. All ten double cabins feature private bathrooms and air conditioning, offering plenty of space and comfort for up to 20 guests. The cozy salon is also air-conditioned and opens onto a separate dining area. Divers will also find plenty of opportunities to unwind and relax on the sun decks.

Cabins:

The ship offers eight twin-bed cabins on the lower deck and two double-bed master cabins on the upper deck, all equipped with private bathrooms and air conditioning.

Dining and Lounge:
Meals are varied and served buffet-style. If you have any special requests—for example, if you are vegetarian or have allergies—please let us know when booking so we can inform the chef. There is a Nespresso coffee machine on board—please bring your own capsules!

Salon:

The cozy salon is also air-conditioned and flows into a separate dining area. The comfortable living area features a TV, DVD player, and CD player for your entertainment.

Sun Decks:

There are two spacious sun decks, some of which are shaded, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after your dives.

Diving:
Safety is a top priority on the “Blue Pearl,” which is equipped with the Nautilus Life Line System. The very large dive deck offers plenty of space to change. A dive box is provided for each set of diving gear. The equally spacious dive platform is equipped with two entry ladders and two fresh-water showers. For an additional fee and with advance registration, PADI AOWD and Nitrox courses can be completed on board.

NRC Extrem 07 membrane system available. Divers with a Nitrox certification can dive with Nitrox for free.

Required equipment and experience for guests:

All participants on a dive cruise should have at least 50 dives for marine park tours; for northern and wreck dives, 30 dives and Advanced Open Water certification or equivalent (recommended);  30 dives for St. Johns, Advanced Open Water or equivalent (recommended), and the most recent dive should have taken place no more than 1 year ago. The guide reserves the right to prohibit guests who do not meet these requirements or who lack sufficient diving experience from diving at certain sites (due to currents, depth, etc.). This may also result in restrictions on the dive sites visited or the dive itinerary.

Each guest must bring the following equipment and documents:

Diver’s ID, logbook, medical certificate no older than 1 year, dive computer, signal buoy, and weight belt (even with jackets that have built-in weights)

Spare parts and rental equipment:

As a rule, safari boats do not carry rental equipment or spare parts. Each guest should therefore bring the most important spare parts for their regulator and equipment. Equipment, dive lights, and computers can be rented upon advance notice.
These items are not insured—therefore, the customer is fully liable for loss or damage.

The maximum diving depth prescribed by Egyptian law and CDWS regulations is 30 meters. Under certain conditions, however, extensions to 40 meters are permitted. This requires a Deep Dive certification. Night diving, as well as swimming and snorkeling, are prohibited in marine park areas.

As a general rule, all overnight stays are on the safari boat. In exceptional cases (depending on the boat’s occupancy schedule), the last night may be spent in a 3-star hotel on a half-board basis.

The boat owner reserves the right, in the event of adverse circumstances, to rebook safari participants onto an equivalent safari boat or to change the route at short notice due to official regulations.

Group Offer:

For group bookings of seven paying guests, the eighth person travels free of charge but pays the incidental fees (does not apply to special tours)

We offer a 10% discount on the individual booking rate for non-divers.
